Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of the magic of Scouts? Kent Scouts is offering you a unique opportunity to experience the fun, friendship, and adventure first-hand with our special 4-Week Challenge!
Join the 1st Herne Bay Scout Group for four weeks and discover the incredible impact you can have on young lives. From helping out with exciting activities to simply being a friendly face, you’ll see how even a little bit of your time can make a big difference.
Here’s what your 4-week adventure will look like:
- Week 1: Get a taste of Section life and see what we get up to (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts or Explorers!).
- Week 2: Start helping out and join in the fun!
- Week 3: Get more involved and see the smiles you create.
- Week 4: You’ll know if Scouting is the adventure for you!
And the best part? After completing the challenge, you’ll receive a special badge and certificate to celebrate your contribution! If your young person is already part of our Group, they’ll get a badge too!
We have a wide range of flexible roles to suit your interests and availability, whether you prefer working directly with a specific section or supporting us behind the scenes. Come and join the adventure!
